Insurance medical expenses
Our hospital is an insurance medical institution, so all patients with symptoms, those who wish to undergo detailed examinations, and those who require treatment are eligible for insurance treatment. Please be sure to bring your insurance card.

Notes
- Please remove your makeup before treatment.
- After your treatment, you will need to take care of yourself from UV rays, so please bring sunscreen to apply to your face.
- You can wear makeup after treatment.
- There are no lifestyle restrictions from the day of the event, and you can take a bath, wash your face, etc. from the day.

Warranty details
We will replace any damaged or dirty items free of charge once within 3 months. However, please bring your own lenses with you when you receive them as they will be exchanged. If you lose a damaged or dirty lens, it will be treated as lost and you will be charged a fee.
- If it is lost, it will not be covered by the warranty (charges apply).
- After the warranty period, the cost to replace lost ortho lenses will be 35,000 to 60,000 yen per lens.
- If you wish to undergo a test when repurchasing the product, a separate examination fee of 2,200 yen will be charged.
- Prices shown include tax unless otherwise noted.
